The site survey is structured, not narrated
Network concerned (cold water, hot water, waste, gas), existing material, diameter, SONEDE meter number, floor, access to the stopcock: these are fields. The quote is priced on facts, and the next technician knows what they will find.
Urgency is data, not a tone of voice
Normal, urgent, water damage, no water: urgency is captured when the call comes in and drives the job queue. The planning board shows who goes where, and the customer knows when you are coming.
Fitted supplies leave stock
Pipework, fittings, taps, sanitaryware, water heaters: the trade product families are already there. What is fitted at the customer is deducted and invoiced, together with labour, on the same sheet.

Frequently asked questions
I work alone. Is this too big for me?
No. The Free plan covers one user, 15 job sheets a month and 30 clients, with no time limit. Many sole traders stay on it and move to Pro when the book fills up.
I get no signal in basements. What then?
You fill the sheet anyway. The app keeps the data on the phone and sends it as soon as signal returns — nothing is lost and nothing is retyped.
Can I produce my quotes in it?
Yes. Quotes, job sheets, invoices and credit notes are linked: an accepted quote becomes a job sheet, the sheet becomes an invoice, with VAT and the 1 TND stamp duty.
