Industrial ERP or trade software?
They answer different questions. Here is which one is yours — including when the answer is not us.
In Tunisia, "ERP" usually means industrial management software: production orders, bills of materials, MRP, cost-of-goods calculation, machine maintenance. Odoo, ERPNext and Sage are excellent at that, and a local integrator can put them in place in weeks to months.
But most of the businesses typing "best ERP Tunisia" do not manufacture anything. They are repair workshops, trades on call-out and retail shops. Their work is not a production order: it is a customer ticket, a device or a site, parts, labour and a payment. An industrial ERP can do that — at the price of configuration you pay for and maintain.
This comparison separates the two cases. There is no single winner, and the dividing line is simple: do you manufacture, or do you intervene and sell?

Who should pick what
Take an industrial ERP
If you manufacture, assemble or transform: production workshops, textile, metalwork, food processing. If you need production orders, bills of materials, per-batch costing or CMMS. If you have several companies to consolidate. Odoo is the default in Tunisia, ERPNext if you want open source with no per-user licence, Sage 100 if your accounting is already built around it.
Take trade software
If your work is a job or a sale: phone and IT repair, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, auto repair, carpentry, dry cleaning, jewellery, optics, retail. If you want to take payment tomorrow morning rather than start a project. If your technicians are on the road and the network drops. That is what FixiTech Pro does.

Is FixiTech Pro an ERP?
It is an ERP in the sense that it unifies POS, inventory, clients, invoicing, purchasing, HR and reporting in one database. It is not one in the industrial sense: no MRP, no bills of materials, no production orders. If that is what you need, Odoo or ERPNext are better choices.
Why not just configure Odoo for my repair shop?
You can, and many integrators do it well. The difference is the starting point: IMEI, STEG meter, SONEDE meter and refrigerant fields already exist in FixiTech Pro, whereas in a general ERP they are custom development — paid once, then maintained at every version upgrade.
What if my business grows?
