I also sell parts over the counter. Does that get mixed up?
No: a counter sale goes through the till, a fitted part goes through the repair order, and both draw on the same stock. Available stock stays correct either way.
Can I find a vehicle history?
Yes, by plate or by customer. Every past repair order, with its parts and mileage, stays attached to the vehicle.
